The Hanoi Ultimate Club
has been around since 1997 and still exists due to a lot of work from
various persons. First of all we want to thank all HUC members who have
devoted endless hours, energy, and resources to keep Hanoi Ultimate alive
and well over the years! And we want to thank the Schmidt Group and the
Hanoi International Technology Centre (HITC) for allowing HUC to use their
precious sports field during the weekends.
In
2005 the Hanoi Ultimate Club is a healthy club
and the future of Ultimate in Vietnam looks promising. We have
received a lot of support and we would like to mention our
supporters.
HUC-shirts and
gear
The HUC-shirt/gear sponsor
action has been very successful (Shirt
Sponsor Action). Shirts have been sold
to Austria, Australia, Belgium, China, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany,
Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, S. Korea, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United States and Vietnam. And we are still receiving
request for shirts and other gear.
The profit we have made on the shirts we have
used (and will be used for) the payment of the rent of fields, purchase of
discs and for sponsoring Vietnamese players to participate in tournaments
(for the latest updates see our HUC
disctivities page).
HUC wants to thank all the
people who bought shirts and supported the Hanoi Ultimate Club.
