Reports on HUC activities MARCH and APRIL 2004
In the field of Ultimate there have not been many activities outside of our practices and due to bad weather we have had some cancellations. The players who attended the Bangkok HAT tournament have noticeably improved their skills and attendance and have been instructing other players. Two HUC players have attended the incredible Bali Nusantara Cup 2004 on 9 and 10 April: Marc Hiller and Susie Wiliamson. They had a blast and participated in the legendary Bali Ultimate party until dawn. The limited edition HUC-shirt, they have been selling at the tournament in Bali was a hot item!

In the months March and April a number of irreplaceable HUC regulars have left Hanoi. We wish them all the best and hope they will continue to play disc and promote the Hanoi Ultimate Club.
The ultimate fun motivator of HUC, trainer of both HUC and the UNIS-team, left for Mexico and the United States for further studies. We sincerely hope she will return to Vietnam and Linh, so we can enjoy her energetic company again!
Vinh Prag Our skilled Ultimate and Beer handler and Danish-Vietnamese connection left for Denmark, land of the Vikings, to further specialise in the art of life. Well known for his sharp remarks and his impressive body. Hopefully he will return in the near future and discover that Ultimate has become big in Vietnam.
Sweet and steady Ultimate player. Played and won an incredible final in the Bangkok HAT tournament 2004. One of HUC's Aerobic instructors and renowned party animals. Rumours go that she picked up a job with a religious sect in India. We hope she will spread the word of Ultimate and return to Vietnam with some of her walla's.
The most spirited player HUC ever had! Xuan had a great Ultimate experience during her short visit to the Bangkok HAT tournament in 2004. Xuan went back to her hometown Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to join her family and work. We will miss her, but are sure we will see her in the near future when she joins HUC again or when we play the new team from HCMC! Thank you for all your energy and warmth.
